The UP Procurement Office (UPPO), in collaboration with the UP College of Science (UPCS), launched their internal project entitled “UPSkill:  The UPPO Certification Program. Isang Hakbang Para Sa Ating Tagumpay” last May 22-26, 2023. The 5-day event presented 8 modules wherein it explains about the procurement processes in UP Diliman. It concluded with a certification exam wherein participants can become Certified Procurement Officers.

This project aimed to transform procurement at UP College of Science. In addition, it represented a significant step forward in streamlining and optimizing the procurement process, ultimately ensuring greater efficiency and effectiveness in serving the institution.

Pathogen-Host-Environment Interactions Research Laboratory (PHEIRL) was represented by their administrative staff, Agr. Jeremy Miles A. Marquez & Ms. Efriel G. Ragasa.
